WP translation not working. Can anyone help?

Hi

I have installed the wp translation as per the video to the best of my knowledge.

Once done i have tested my site by clicking the flag, i did not get translation instead i got page not found message.

This happened last wednesday 16th April. I raised a support ticket on the same day by 1.00 PM AEST.

Till now no body replied my ticket. I really got frustated by checking the email every day expecting a reply!

Can any one help, why iam not getting the translation.

MOre info:
I have 10 domains in the hosting account. my site is under
public_html/sitename.

I have put the api file in the public_html/sitename/, is this correct?

A quick help will be very useful
